Run Like The Wind, Kate!

As you all know, Katie will be running her first half marathon tomorrow, Saturday, February 9th. She has been working so hard to reach this goal. I wish we could all be there to cheer her on, but maybe the best we can do is to give her a little e-cheer on this family blog. Katie, you are an inspiration to us all! We love you! Good luck! Post some pictures on the blog when you are finished! Eat plenty of carbs tonight so you can RUN LIKE THE WIND!

Good luck, Katie! We know you'll do an awesome job! I would never have the guts to do anything that physically challenging. You go, girl!

Dear beautiful Katie,
Just wanted to wish you the very best in your half marathon tomorrow. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you as you endure the vissicitudes and challenges of such a grueling undertaking. Wow! I know you'll be prepared, but wanted to wish you thoughts of happiness and support as you race your way along the route. Good luck and God speed!
Also wanted you to know that I had a dream about your little Benjamin last night. He and I were having the most fun time playing together and we thoroughly enjoyed each other's company. Wish it could be so soon. Give him a big hug and kiss from Papa Lee and tell him that I am thinking and dreaming about him. Give Logan my love, too.
Love,
Dad

Kate- Chels and I want to wish you the best of luck as you run in the race in just a few more hours! Chelsea has been so excited to have someone to talk running with, but she sure is jealous that you get to race and she doesn't! You'll be running proxy for her until she's in a position where she can start training again.
