Yeah for you Peggy for your very nutrisious breakfast. I am not going to tell you about my plain granola bar, cheese and cranberry juice breakfast. It is amazing how that conglomoration of things could come out looking so wonderful. You will soon have me converted to be a vegetarian. Keep it up!

I'm impressed. My breakfast today was graham crackers, milk, and chocolate candies. But it was nearly lunch time by the time I ate, so does that make it any better?

Thats about what I eat for breakfast. Mine has raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, bananas, apples, spinach, flax seed, almonds, sunflower seeds, collard greens, vitamin c powder and apple juice. I agree it is DELICIOUS!

I just had oatmeal but I have had smoothies with all that stuff and carrots and spinach. It is really good!

My mom got me on Smart Start cereal. I love it, and it's quick. Which is something that is needed in my life.

I have a different kind of smoothie for breakfast. Here is the recipe:
1 Cup Milk
2 Pop Tarts
1/2 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream

Blend and enjoy!
