This woman came in with a small bag of some unidentified fruit, asking to trade it for a blanket. We gave her the blanket, but never could figure out what kind of fruit it was, so our team leader gave it to a local dentist who accompanied us every day. To many, the blankets and toys were more important than the dental work.

Those poor people. What would they think if they traded places with us for a week? Probably that we live like Kings and Queens and totally don't appreciate what we have.
